RETURN POLICY
Refunds, returns and exchanges
Returns will be accepted up to two days after delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition.
The full order amount will be refunded, but the customer will be responsible for returning the item(s) and to cover the courier or transport cost.
In the unlikely event of orders having been delivered in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible at info@spitskopbotter.co.za with your order number and a photograph which clearly shows the condition of the item(s). Such issues will be addressed on an individual basis, but Spitskop Botter as supplier will make every effort to ensure that the matter is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
